 The Government is looking for a cannabis expert ahead of next year's non-binding referendum on legalising recreational use of the drug. Justice Minister Andrew Little revealed earlier this month voters will be presented with draft legislation, which will include a minimum age of 20 to use and purchase recreational cannabis.
