Simple raw zucchini noodles with a boost of brain, heart and skin-healthy omega 3 fatty acids from hemp. This is a great recipe for those that are short on time yet are still committed to their healthy eating. Enjoy!
1 large zucchini, spiralized
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Tbsp hemp oil
1 juice of one lemon
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
sea salt to taste
2 Tbsp shelled hemp seeds
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss to coat noodles.
